Rental Pricing and Booking Conditions

Payment terms - 30% deposit upon booking and balance due eight weeks prior to the rental.
If booking within eight weeks of arrival then full payment required immediately.

SPECIAL OFFER!!! Stay in July but pay June's prices! (Saving £110 per week!)

Breakage deposit - a refundable £150 deposit will be added to your accommodation cost at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7-14 days of your departure from the penthouse.

All rentals include a 'Welcome Pack' of essentials and treats.

You can transfer funds directly in to our UK bank account at no extra cost (providing you are transferring from a UK bank account).
Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you with the information you need.

Prices are per week for the penthouse apartment (not per person!) and cover all utilities including air conditioning

Additional Information

- Bed linens and bath towels are provided
- Beach towels can be provided for £10 fully refundable deposit per towel - save that precious luggage weight allowance!
- Mid stay cleans can be arranged (at cost) please enquire at time of booking
- Meet and greet at the airport can be arranged (at cost) including transfer to the penthouse apartment
