Rental Pricing and Booking Conditions
All rentals include a 'Welcome Pack' of essentials and treats. Prices are per week for the penthouse apartment (not per person!) and cover all utilities including air conditioning. Get a 10% discount for a two week booking!

Pool Opening Times
Please be aware that our reduced prices after the summer period reflect the fact that for 2008 the large pool is closed from 1 September but the smaller pool remains open throughout September. In 2009 both pools will be open until 15 September and the smaller pool will be open during school holidays, Bank Holidays etc. If you are holidaying when the pools are closed then the on-site private lagoon is yours to use as well as the beach, which is just 500m from the penthouse.
Booking Conditions
- A 30% deposit will be asked for when you book and then the balance will be due eight weeks before your holiday. If you are booking within eight weeks of arrival then we will ask for the full payment when you book.
- We ask for a £150 breakage deposit payable eight weeks before arrival. This will be refunded 7-14 days after your departure.
Additional Information
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided
- Mid stay cleans can be arranged (at cost) please enquire at time of booking
- Meet and greet at the airport can be arranged (at cost) including transfer to the penthouse apartment
